Notary Public

Common-law notary services are available 8AM to 6PM. Authorized duties include: Taking acknowledgments, administer oaths and affirmations, making attested photocopies, verify vehicle identification numbers, and certify contents of safe deposit boxes.

  • Notary services on location ... $5.00 up to 3 signatures $5.00/signature over 3
  • Remote Notary Services within The Villages .... $25/Hr.

House Cleaning

We have highly professional, detail oriented, cleaning staff.
